Inbox

Learn how to compose from Inbox, use Drafts, attach files without a deal, and read a screen result on a thread.

Updated September 2026

Inbox lets you read workspace email, start a new message, and keep drafts in one list. Open Inbox in the left navigation. The list includes Inbox, Sent, and a drafts folder, and the workspace list also includes In Lev. A screened thread keeps a screen result under the subject, including after a reject or after the deal is added to a pipeline.

Composing an email

Composing an email from Inbox
  • Start a message — In the list chrome, click Compose email to open the composer with empty To, CC, and Subject.
  • Minimize a draft — Click Minimize to footer to leave a tab showing the subject, or New email when the subject is empty.
  • Restore a draft — Click that tab.
  • Discard a draft — Click the close control on the tab, named Close plus the tab title.

Using drafts

Saved mailbox drafts and ready-to-send campaign emails are collected on their own tab.

  • Open the folder — Click Drafts.
  • Read an empty folder — When nothing is waiting, the list reads No drafts yet.
  • Open drafts on a thread — Expand the Drafts section in the thread, whose tooltip reads Ready-to-send campaign emails.

Attaching files

You can attach a file from the composer even when the thread is not linked to a deal.

  • Open the menu — In the composer, click Attach files.
  • Upload from your computer — Click Upload files and choose the file.
  • Use a file already in Lev — Click Import from storage.

A thread with no linked deal stores the upload in Files. A thread linked to one deal stores the upload on that deal. Where those files live is covered in uploading files.

Screen result on a thread

A screened thread shows this panel under the subject. The panel names the recommendation — Accept, Needs Review, or Reject — and links to the deal. The list row reads Screened, then the deal name, with that same recommendation. Add to pipeline on the panel moves the deal onto a pipeline.

Click Screen deal on a thread that has not been screened yet. After a reject, the row stays Screened and the panel stays on the thread. After you add the deal to a pipeline, that row label, the recommendation, and the panel remain.

Deal screening — screen a thread against your buy box and read the result.
